How do I see the status of my order?

 

You will get an e-mail confirmation from us once your order has been placed. You will also get other notification e-mails from our shipping partner DHL when your order is shipped, and delivered. You can also check your status and history by accessing “My Account” on our website.

 

How will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered via DHL. This is a free express delivery for all orders. Your item(s) should arrive within 2 days after the order is placed.

 

How long does it take for my delivery to arrive?

We have free next day International and Domestic service via DHL. For our EU customers your order should be with you within 1-2 days. For our customers based outside of EU it usually takes up to 2 days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, our orders are fully trackable via DHL. You will receive an e-mail from DHL once your order has dis- patched. Please use the link & information provided within the dispatch e-mail in order to track your parcel.

What sizes your rings are available in?

Our rings are usually available in US 6 and 7 sizes as these are the most popular amongst our customers. You can easily convert US sizes to your own countries’ size by clicking on our size guide situated on each relevant product page.

 

Do you have repairs or alterations?

At the moment, we don’t have a service for repairs or alterations.

 

Do you provide chains with your pendants?

Some of our pendants come with their own chains and some without. This information is specified next to the product under “product details” section.

 

Will my item be the same as the displayed on your website?

We choose our samples from our stock available for photography. The photos shown on the website are used to represent the example of the item. Because we use semi-precious, natural and man-made gemstones, some of the items might differ slightly from each other.

 

Are your gemstones treated or modified?

Our gemstones are treated as many gemstones undergo different treatments to enhance their beauties and appearance as well as their durability.

 

Do you accept returns?

Yes we do. Please return the unwanted item within 14 days of purchase. The item should be unused, within its original condition, sent to us within its original packaging. Please fill in our returns form; which is enclosed with your package. Finally, please make sure to use a trackable method of shipment.

How can I return unwanted or faulty items?

If your jewellery becomes faulty within 14 days of receipt, we will offer a choice of refund, or if the stock is available for the item we will send you a new one. Please complete our return form which will be enclosed with your package, and always make sure to send the jewellery in its original packaging.

We aim to process your return within 30 days of receiving it, although usually it takes us quicker to process it.
